Vintage Blouse With Puff Sleeves

This white blouse features silver buttons on the stand-up collar and sleeves and an eye-catching cut. It is fitted at the waist, ruffled at the shoulders and the 3/4 sleeves are tufted. The entire blouse is longer in the back than in the front and slightly flared at the bottom. The measurements are taken from the front of the shirt.
