Return & Refund Policy

How do I return something?

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For any return, please email us at kinshipklub@gmail.com with the following information:

  1. your Name
  2. order number
  3. a list of all products you wish to return
  4. date of order placement

We will then send you instructions on how to return the items. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

We have a fourteen day return policy, which means you have the right to return the goods without giving any reason within fourteen days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Which items are excluded from return?

The cost of returning goods due to an incorrect address or not timely pick up from the parcel shop is the responsibility of the customer as we cannot accept liability for the negligence of third parties. Damaged (due to use) items cannot be returned or exchanged. The same applies to discounted items. This also includes items that have been tried on without underwear. If we receive the goods after the deadline or if they are damaged due to use, we cannot accept the return.

Please note, that items returned to us without a return request via e-mail will not be accepted and refunded.

Do I get my money back after a return?

Yes. After we have received and checked your return, we'll notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund the item price. Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping and return costs. We can only refund via the same method of payment the initial purchase was made.

What happens if a return gets lost or damaged on the way?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your money if the return package is damaged, opened or lost in transit. Therefore, we highly recommend insured shipping.
