Where do you ship?

We ship within Europe. We ask our customers to inform themselves about import taxes and duties in their home country, as these must be borne by the customer. KinshipKlub is not responsible for local customs duties and taxes.

How much does shipping cost?

We strive to process and ship your order within 1-3 working days. We only ship with DHL.

Your exact shipping costs will automatically be calculated during checkout, as they vary on your location. Before accepting the delivery please make sure that the parcel is not damaged and no item was removed.

Costs Germany: 6€

Costs Europe: 15€ (except territories and island like faroer islands and greenland, french oversea territories Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, French Guiana, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna etc.)

What kind of packaging will we use?

We ship all orders using send me pack®, a company based in Berlin, Germany. They reduce packaging waste by rescuing and refurbishing intact cardboard boxes. We use only paper packaging materials for all orders. Please reuse or recycle these materials upon receipt.
