Privacy Policy

1. access data and hosting

You can visit our website without providing any personal data. Each time a website is accessed, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access. We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order or when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or email). Mandatory fields are labelled as such, as we require this data to process the contract or to process your contact. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms.

Your data is processed in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for contract processing. If you open a customer account, the processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

In order to fulfil the contract, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery. Depending on the payment method, we will pass on your data to the commissioned credit institution or payment service provider. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. If the payment service provider collects data itself, its data protection provisions apply.

Our online shop is operated with Shopify. Shopify stores your data on secure servers and processes it in accordance with their privacy policy. If we have received your e-mail address in connection with the sale of a product, we reserve the right to send you advertising for similar products (Section 7 (3) UWG). You can object to this use at any time.

We use the analysis software “Lucky Orange” on our online store, offered by Lucky Orange LLC, 8665 W 96th St, Suite 100, Overland Park, KS 66212, USA.

Lucky Orange enables us to analyze the behavior of visitors to our website in anonymized form, including through heat maps, mouse movements, click histories and scrolling behavior. Personal data such as IP address, device type, operating system and geographical information may also be collected.
